Co-engineering and precision machining: support throughout your product’s life cycle

Valuable advice is at the heart of our business. Our aim is for you to benefit from our internationally recognised knowhow. We’re constantly striving to improve machining and production of the parts you entrust to us, paying special attention to the standards and requirements demanded by international markets. Whether you’re based in France or elsewhere, we’re always keen to make sure you get the best possible value for money.

Studying the subtleties of each project, analysing the constraints, and taking into account each customer’s requirements all form an integral part of our mission to manufacture mechanical parts.

Right from the design of a new part, our people can offer the best technical and economic solutions for machining, taking into account your specific needs. Once an initial plan has been drawn up, we make recommendations to optimise materials and design aspects, taking into account the expectations of various markets.

Whether it’s co-design of part plans or during mass production runs, we aim to give the best possible guidance for product development throughout the full production cycle. From the birth of a part to its end-of-life via peak production levels, we provide support every step of the way, with targeted recommendations and ongoing proposals.

However large or small your part order and the level of technical sophistication involved, we give all our customers the same degree of quality support.

Bar turning and precision digital machining: versatility is our key asset

Our core business consists in bar turning and machining for mechanical parts.

We carry out these processes for most metals and alloys, using digital machining to produce parts with diameters of 4-50mm for everything from pre-series to mass production runs. Our French expertise also extends to international partnerships.

In addition, we can draw on a network of high-quality subcontractors in France and across Europe to provide heat treatment and surface treatment, precision grinding, lapping and more.

We’re highly versatile, covering a wide range of fields and adjusting to the requirements of each sector to deliver the best possible customer satisfaction every time, both locally and internationally.
